$950 · September 1st - Roommate Needed

I am the landlord of the townhouse, and assisting my tenant in finding a roommate. She had a roommate lined up for September 1st, but unfortunately she can no longer move in for that date. I will reply and then forward all inquiries to her, to ensure you can view the unit promptly. I want to ensure the two of you are the right fit for eachother. The unit is 3 bedrooms, however she is looking for only 1 roommate to share the 3 bedroom townhouse. A contract would be written effective and you both would be included on that. The location is great for anyone attending UFV. Looking for someone who is clean and not into partying (no partying at the townhouse). The tenant has a 4 year old black lab. He would be kennelled when she's not home, and the kennel will be in her room upstairs. She works full time Monday - Friday. - The town house has been fully renovated (everything was gutted and re-done recently) - Fenced yard - The 3rd bedroom can be used as a study room, as it is unoccupied. - No pets (sorry, strata only allows one) - 1 covered carport parking stall included at front door - currently used by the tenant in the unit. - 2nd parking spot on strata site - In suite laundry - Fenced back yard - Two bathrooms (one full bathroom and one half bathroom) - Large Closet in the bedroom you'd have - Furnished except for your room and the 3rd bedroom. - No Smoking and No drugs - Utilities are not included, you and the other tenant can decide how that will be split. - Close to schools - Total rent $1950 but current tenant will pay slightly more since she has the larger room and carport.
