He would be kennelled when she's not home, and the kennel will be in her room upstairs. She works full time Monday - Friday. - The town house has been fully renovated (everything was gutted and re-done recently) - Fenced yard - The 3rd bedroom can be used as a study room, as it is unoccupied. - No pets (sorry, strata only allows one) - 1 covered carport parking stall included at front door - currently used by the tenant in the unit. - 2nd parking spot on strata site - In suite laundry - Fenced back yard - Two bathrooms (one full bathroom and one half bathroom) - Large Closet in the bedroom you'd have - Furnished except for your room and the 3rd bedroom. - No Smoking and No drugs - Utilities are not included, you and the other tenant can decide how that will be split. - Close to schools - Total rent $1950 but current tenant will pay slightly more since she has the larger room and carport.
