Family &amp Early Years Program Manager Hope Community Services is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Family &amp Early Years team as a part time (30 hours/week with the potential to increase) Family and Early Years Programs Manager. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of all Family &amp Early Years programs including Family Place, Better Beginnings, Healthy Families, Family Literacy Outreach, Child Care Resource and Referral and other Early Childhood Programs and services. The Early Years manager provides clinical oversightand supervision for Early Years staff, and leads the Family &amp Early Years team in program development and planning, budget development andmonitoring, and general program administration. Requirements: MA or BA in Early Childhood, Child and YouthCare, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work froman accredited program, with a focus on Familyand/or Early Childhood development preferred. Minimum of 3 years recent/previous management experience. Passionate about families and childhood development. Proven competence in a variety of counselling orientations and ability to provide clinical supervision and managerial oversight to staff. Experience supporting Indigenous families in a culturally appropriate manner Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills In conjunction with the ED, develop and manageprogram budgets Experience researching and writing grant/ contract applications, policies and program reports an asset Ability to work effectively with various staff, professionals, volunteers, funders, stakeholders and community members. This is an excluded (non-union) position.
