Family &amp Early Years Program Manager Hope Community Services is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Early Years team as a part time (21 hours/week) Family and Early Years Programs Manager. This role oversees the day-today operations of all Family &amp Early Years programs including Family Place, Better Beginnings, Family Literacy Outreach, Child Care Resource and Referral and Early Childhood Programs. The Early Years manager provides clinical oversight and supervision for Early Years staff, and leads the Early Years team in program development and planning, budget development and monitoring, and general program administration. Requirements: MA or BA in Early Childhood, Child and Youth Care, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an accredited program, with a focus on Early Childhood development preferred. Minimum of 3 years recent/previous management experience. Passionate about families and early childhood development (0-6yrs). Proven competence in a variety of counselling/ clinical orientations and ability to provide clinical supervision and managerial oversight to staff. Experience supporting Indigenous families in a culturally appropriate manner Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Experience researching and writing grant/ contract applications, policies and program reports Ability to work effectively with various staff, professionals, volunteers, funders and stakeholders. This is an excluded (non-union) term position to March 31, 2022, with the possibility of extension.
