Skwah First Nation Position: Chief Administrative Officer The Skwah (Sqw&aacute) First Nation is seeking a full-time, qualified Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) responsible for the management, administration and delivery of all Skwah First Nation programs and services in order to ensure that the needs of Band Members are met in a reasonable, effective and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have skills and experience abilities in a senior management role, preferably in a First Nation organization. The CAO demonstrates the following personal attributes: Integrity, Respect, Trust, Honesty, Compassion, Accountability. The CAO is responsible for the management and direction of approximately 30 staff in the areas of Education, Social Development, Housing, Health, Capital Projects, Public Works, Forestry, Elders, and other programs as may be offered by the Band.
