$3,000 · Girette Boom Lift

One-person boom lift that pivots the boom back and forth. Designed and built in Oliver for orchard use but also works great in the hop yard for tying strings or cutting down at harvest time. Totally rebuilt brakes: new hoses, wheel cylinders, shoes, master cylinders, drums. Replaced original dual wheels that were used in orchards (included) with off road tires on thinner rims for use between rows in the hop yard; wheel base is 70”. Comes with the original dual wheels for use in orchards. The 12 hp Kohler has good compression with rebuilt carburetor, new plugs, points, condenser and wiring; new coil; new fuel pump; new fuel tank; new throttle cable operated from the bucket. Has hydraulic lines to the bucket for cutting tools. The pivot support tended to be a weak point and often cracked. A previous owner reinforced the area so there are no cracks anywhere. Still has the original badge - built by Trump! (No relation) Located on Pender Island for now. I am moving to Nanoose bay and will deliver for free to anywhere on East coast of Vancouver Island until May 27.
