Samurai - German Shepherd Dog

Shelter: BC SPCA - Abbotsford/Langley Animal ID: 472998 Birthdate: October 09, 2011 - Senior Spayed/Neutered: Yes Male Samarai is a neutered 7year old male Germ shep/Husky who was surrendered due to not enough time for him. . . he has spent his entire life being an outdoor dog, he is used to living outside in a kennel. He is energetic, and playful with lots of life and love left to give. He would be happiest with lots of exercise & slow introduction to new environments and other animals. He does have moderate anxiety & would do best with a gentle quiet confident active multi guardian home with fenced yard, no other dogs/cats & off leash opportunity with owner who has lots of time. Very well house trained. Knows sit stand , eat or not, come & go shake paw , hide n find, he's cuddly. . His previous owner has advised us that he does not do that well with other dogs or cats so something to consider. . He is friendly with people, always with a happy look on his face and a tail wag. We think he would adjust just fine to being an indoor/outdoor dog. We would love to find him a home where he can spend the rest of his days with a warm bed beside the humans he loves.
