Receptionist The Hope &amp Area Transition Society is a nonprofit organization which provides programs to individuals afflicted by social issues. The Society is seeking applications for the Permanent Receptionist position. Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have: Experience working in an office environment, along with working within the Social Services sector and with individuals and families with complex challenges Knowledge of web site design and social media tools The ability to work from a trauma informed practice, demonstrating empathy and caring to our clients Be able to demonstrate professional and personal boundaries Ability to collect and submit appropriate data for statistical analysis Motivated and takes initiative Excellent verbal and written communication; efficient time, organizational and stress- management skills Ability to work as a team member It is critical that this person be able to demonstrate ethical thinking and make sound judgments. Ability to pass and maintain security clearance.
