RECEPTIONISTPERMANENT FULL-TIME Chawathil First Nation is seeking an individual to serve as a first point of contact for our various clients and to provide general administrative assistance in the position of Receptionist. Qualifications / Requirements: Must be proficient in typing 45-50 WPM and Microsoft Office (Excel; Word; Publisher) Must have excellent written communication skills. Applicant must have good attention to detail.&nbsp Experience working with collating photocopiers and other office equipment. Must be self-motivated and well organized. Must work well in a team environment, flexible, able to take direction and multi-task effectively. Administering the band's event and meeting calendar. Familiar with computer mail log, mail outs, filing and data base systems. Maintain confidentiality of all records, files, and communications concerning community members, staff and business of Chawathil First Nation. Attend and take minutes of all Chief and Council meetings. Conduct all relevant duties as requested by senior staff, Chief and Council. Successful candidates will be required to provide the following if screened in for an interview: References: Three names and phone numbers of recent supervisors. Must possess and maintain a valid BC Driver's License Must pass a pre-employment RCMP Criminal Records Check Type of Position: Full time, subject with 3 months' probation and performance review.
