Mushroom Substrate SupervisorRuby Creek In Hope Area Highline Mushrooms has an immediate opening for a seasoned Supervisor at our Indoor Composting Facility located in Hope BC. Successful applicant will oversee all aspects in the daily operation of &lsquoPhase 1' plant while maintaining a team environment. Must be able to fill in any position / operate all machinery when required. Must have previous supervisory experience. General Duties Include: Participates in and maintains accurate knowledge of changes to compost scheduled decisions allied to at times assisting in the operation of equipment as and when needed Conducts an extensive array of accurate sampling as required for testing in our laboratory focused around the &ldquoCompost Criteria&rdquo program Monitors the making of compost for proper quality composition as set out in the compost criteria Monitors the filling process of compost to ensure timely, safe delivery of compost to the Tunnel facilities Provides direction to employees regarding daily responsibilities Earnings based on experience/qualifications.
